The Chairman of Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Limited, Hon (Dr.).Jude Ogbimi, has been honoured a Distinguished Service Award by the Federated Union of Community Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria.
Presenting the award to him in his office ,the National President of the Union, Dr. Dan Awana said that the award was in recognition of Ogbimi’s immense contributions to the socioeconomic development of Delta State and Nigeria.
Awana remarked that Ogbimi has remained consistent in quality service delivery to the nation and humanity.
He stressed that , as a progressive democrat, Ogbimi,has positively impacted numerous lives and societies.
Dr.Awana emphasized that Ogbimi’s outstanding performance during his tour of duty as a law maker representing Isoko nation, and his current laudable efforts at repositioning Delta Trust Mortgage Bank for better service delivery,has pitched him as one of the most innovative transformational leaders in Nigeria today.
Responding Hon.Ogbimi thanked the Federated Union of Community Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria for the award, and called for a more collaborative engagement for the good of the state and the nation.
He said that Delta Trust Mortgage Bank has continued to make remarkable achievements through the establishment of new contact centers, and the processing of RSA entitlements for EFCC staff nationwide.
According to him,the bank has expanded its operations with the establishment of new contact centers in Ughelli and Ozoro, and is planning to launch branches in Agbor and Sapele.
Ogbimi also said that the bank was selected by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) as one of only two mortgage banks authorized to process RSA entitlements for EFCC staff nationwide, a testament to its reliability and trustworthiness.
Under his leadership, he said the bank is undergoing a transformation aimed at becoming a dominant force and a household name in the mortgage banking sector in Nigeria.
Delta Trust Mortgage Bank Ltd has established itself as a trusted and reputable financial institution in the mortgage lending industry.
